Comparing Genealogy Sites

With all the genealogy sites and databases available, you're probably wondering which site to use. This workshop will review the "Big 4" sites – FamilySearch, Ancestry, My Heritage and Find My Past – along with other helpful resources such as Fold3, American Ancestors, and Geneanet. Finally, we'll take a look at the Family History Guide, the premier website for all things genealogy and family history related. This workshop is one that beginning researchers and experts will enjoy. Bring your laptops so you can bookmark sites and look around the home pages of these helpful sites.
